First thing I noticed was the mouse pad was quite a bit lower than the tray actually causing me to lean to that side to use the mouse. Then I noticed my inner arm was sore from rubbing on the tray as I reached the mouse.
The tray is hard to adjust up and down and the angle of the tray. The knob is difficult to reach and has to be adjusted every time I want to slide the tray under my desk or back out.. It does stick out far from my desk which puts me at the wrong distance for my glasses.
Sorry, it just does not work for me and will go back.

Just finished installing this keyboard tray on a co-workers desk. The instructions (clearly written in English and well illustrated) were easy to follow and unit contained enough hardware (the extra screws are handy in case one strips) to complete install. The only comment I got from the end user is the (keyboard) tray is deeper than she expected-putting her further back from the desk. On the plus side, this large tray should accomodate even the largest keyboards.

We returned this product because it didn't feel stable. The installation junction was tight, but the joint that allowed it to adjust seemed to make the keyboard wobble, even though we tightened it as much as we could. We also didn't like that the mouse pad was lower than the keyboard. We didn't feel it was as ergonomic as we would have liked to have.
